I've been having problems with my throat feeling tight, especially at night when im lying down. It doesn't hurt and doesn't effected my normal breathing or swallowing. Though when i put my hands around my neck very un-tightly (barely putting my hands around my neck) my vision become distorted and like im drunk but im not. though i have a history of making things seem worse then it seems but i'm stating exactly "exactly" as i feel. I know that my thyroid gland is in my neck and obviously i need my throat to breath and eat but im afraid of doctors and this should be probably something i should go to the doctors about but im too afraid.

1) I currently have a 24 Month T-Mobile Broadband Contract (yes, one of the biggest mistakes i have ever made), its been almost 15 months into my contract, and i want out, i heard there is a penalty fee, exactly how much will this be? and is there a loop hole to get out of it, but if its not too much i will be willing to pay for it?

2) I currently lack a phone line (as the reason i looked at Mobile Broadband), i am looking to get a new hooked up, i looked at virgin media, and seen the best Broadband 20 meg deal, so i have my broadband deal i want, but i currently DO NOT live in a fibre optic area, so i need a phone line, will Virgin put up there own Phone Line?, or will BT need to hook it up?, i've heard virgin will hook it up and i wont need to pay line rental? is that right

Any help will be greatly appreciated, i have looked at Virgins website, but the person on the other end of the chat, was quite un help, not on purpose i dont think, but still please, any insight will be awesome

i was hoping someone had some spare xbox live trial codes (like the 24hrs ones), i have COD MW2 and im unable to play it online cause my xbox live expired this morning, i did order a new one £1 for 1 month but i didn't work (im still not sure why), but i was just hoping for 24hrs on my new game online, please i will be forever grateful

In my opinion Alcohol is a good thing, so long as you moderate your drink and know your limits you can avoid any of the bad side effects that come with drinking and enjoy the nice things, like the tipsiness (which is awesome), and feel better about yourself. obviously if you get too drunk you will not be having such a great time, and you begin to lose yourself. I enjoy being Tipsy, but i believe i now know when to stop, and i am a lightweight, so two or three cans of Strongbow and im tipsy, and i stop, or if i have time wait an hour and have one or two more ,then that's usually it, and im done for the night, what do your guys/gals think?

Well yesterday i went to see the dentist to get one of my teeth removed, it had be causing me too many problems over the span of a few months, and finally it got infected and had to have it removed, when it was being extracted, the tooth extracted was one by the eruption site of the wisdom teeth, not quite came through yet as i am 17, i heard this is NOT unusual and i should be patient, i needed to have a lot of Local Anesthetic as i was in too much pain even during the preparation whenever she touched it (the infection HAD cleared up), it all went off without a hitch, i was obviously in only a bit of pain due to how much anesthetic she put on. When i got home i tried to get some sleep as i was sooooo sleepy, i didn't manage to get to sleep, and the hole left began to kill, i was in agony, i struggled to get some sleep last night and i have a big headache (but as i right this, it seems to have dissipated as i have had some pain killers), but also 2 hours after the extraction, it started to bleed again, but it bled for around 20 minuets, eventually it stopped. i woke up with still a headache as i had last night, and i have an earache, and difficulty opening my mouth.

i am thinking of calling my dentist, and maybe having an appointment, do you think this is needed, or should i wait for a few days, i've looked around on a few websites, but its better people hear my story.

I have been suffering with ear pain, popping, and crackling when i swallow, i have been doing some research, i know it has something to do with my Eustachian Tube, i had an cold the other week, a day before i got this, i felt a headache, sore throat, the regular business with a cold, and my ears crackled every so often, especially when i swallow or yawn.

Could this be an ear infection?

a Simple blocked sinus?

or something more serious?

I was hoping i would know if this would require me to go to the doctors, or is it something that will ratify its self over time, i really hate going to the Doctors, and especially if it is something simple?

How come people say life has existed on this planet for a about 3-4 billion years, but then it said that the Sun increases in Heat and luminosity about 10% for every billion years of its life, surely life couldnt excist in tempertures a lot lower then now?

I have done some thinking (nothing much else to think, as im bored at home), but with people talking about strange solar dimming (i already know that people have said this is due to Global Warming, blocking out od the Sun due to Green House gases blocking the Suns raise, and very inactive Solar Minimums (i also know there predicting a very active solar Maximum), magnetic field weakening (which is an exact paradox to the swapping of the Solar Poles, because when its solar maximum then the poles are swapping polarity)

i know its also a paradox as the Sun becomes more luminous and everything, but maybe the Sun is already a Red Giant (again just thinking, i know its a paradox) but the Sun is a larger size of its type and luminous.

just a thought, what's yours, i dont care about criticisms, so go for it.

i ripped a few of my favourite films onto my Computer Harddrive, i used DVD Shrink 3.2 to compress and rip my DVD's. but now i want to use my Xbox 360 Extender to play the DVD's yet i am unable to

i already have activated the DVD library on both and there is no problem with that, all the DVD's are set up and running but when i press play on my 360 it says it is unable to play the ripped DVD's

ps: i have already tried converting the DVD video files

also is it legal to rip dvd's?

when you register a Xbox 360 online at www.xbox.com, when you need your 360 to be repaired, do you need to provide your receipt or not.

I bought a Windows Vista computer a while ago, and since then i have had nothing but trouble, its really really really slow and unreliable. the system takes up so much on the RAM Memory, you can only do one thing at once (you can only run one program at a time) Windows explorer crashes, game crashes, system restore failures, your system Straight away makes all your hardware outdated, and i can go on and on

this is more of an opinion, but i would like your views as well, also your problems with it, or if want to prove me wrong, go ahead, im just so darn bored of fixing little glitches in the computer.

Its been a week now where i have had back pains for 3days of the week, then leg and lower mid arm pains over the past 3-4days, im wondering what the hecks going on??, are they interconnected or just bad luck?.

I was thinking of the Swine Flu that has hit, its hit Britain and near about everywhere, but is there a deeper, darker reason for this, maybe a distraction away from the recession or something more evil, maybe its a Hitler LIKE regime, of cover ups for a few deaths, is there something else at work here, or maybe it is just a virus that has spread, or maybe im just being paradnoid, something is not right.

I have heard its white and clear, but some people say bright yellow, i know ill peoples are mostly red and bloody, but i just don't know due to all the different answers, please everyone say the same, i dont want to be confused on this as well, lol,

I think that Yellowstone National Park's Caldera is the biggest threat to humanity, with the Sun at a quite point, meteors and asteroids, i have heard we know that there wont be one for 26 years or something?, the LHC not in operation, Gamma Ray Bursts not frequent enough to be dangerous, if i have missed any other please tell me, but what do you think?, i love this subject so please make it interesting.

I have heard that Scotland could/or once had an active Super-volcano under Loch Ness, i have struggled to find anything about it but im sooo interested in this, im not sure how long people have known about it, but i have just found out, a good incite into it would be nice.
