What is the image of God?

We have a living soul. We have emotions and thoughts. We can smell and see and hear. This is God's image.

We are miniature, finite, duplicate copies of God. We can think, reason, feel, understand right from wrong, and we can make choices based on these attributes. We will be held morally accountable for the choices we DO make, because there is absolutely NO excuse to break any of God's Moral Laws! (We don't HAVE to tell lies; we don't HAVE to take what's not rightfully ours to take; we don't HAVE to be selfish or envious or jealous or greedy; we don't HAVE to carry out sexual perversions, etc, etc, etc - we do what we do because we WANT to do them. Nobody EVER forced another person to hate his neighbor, for instance.)

The difference between us and the rest of creation is that the rest of creation has rules OF conduct, statements of the way things ARE, working under the power of "cause-and-effect", "action-reaction", (or for the animal world, "instinct"), etc.

We, however, have rules FOR conduct, statements of the way things OUGHT to be, NOT under the power of "cause-and-effect" or "action-reaction."

We are moral beings, and as such, we carry an imprint of the image of God on us, and any time we violate that image and what it stands for and represents, that is called "sin", which we do NOT have to do, and therefore, God is just in judging us for breaking those Moral Laws.

Male and Female which means there is 2 Gods. If you search the world Elohim it means Gods not God

Apparently, judging by our general appearance, god's image is decidedly ape-like.
