it says that they can not make any law restricting it, not that people can not do it, since there is no law saying that you cant. i agree with you, but the constitution has more hold than a few people

Since it is not the government installing Websense, it isn't a violation.

An employer (or your parents for that matter), have the right to limit access to the internet on their systems, it avoids idle time, time wasted by employees, and certainly helps avoid virus infection.

You CAN see the site, from your own computer in the privacy of your own home, just not while at work or school using THEIR computers.

    Sorry, no violation.

Schools and workplaces are allowed to regulate things like that in order to ensure that students and workers are given an environment that allows maximum productivity. I think that's totally fine. Schools are for learning, not surfing the web. Work is for working, not surfing the web.

Furthermore, web filtering only restricts access to one or two sources of facts/opinions. At school and in the workplace, you are free to discuss opinions with others, you generally have sources available for finding facts that are relevant to your purpose, etc.

    No problem.

A third party such as an employer or school can restrict access. The First Amendment only applies to government restrictions

The school and work have a right to ban but not the govt. The govt wants to ban a lot of things and the Patriot act and Patriot act 2 will give them the right to do what every they want.Checkout infowars.tv and open your eyes and mind about what is really going on.
