I know the feeling when a great series ends. So very sad. -sniffs-

Yes, a few fave characters of mine did die once: Vegeta and Trunks from DBZ. However, they came back to life, so that's cool. ^^

    My Top 5:

    1) Bleach (anime/manga)

    2) Mahou Sensei Negima (manga)

    3) xxxHolic (manga)

    4) Ouran High School Host Club (anime)

    5) Yu Yu Hakusho (anime)

I didn't cry when Hana-Kimi ended, because it was quite a happy ending. However, I did cry when Kenshin's wife died, because that was just so sad. And when when L died, of course- I think that was traumatizing to me as an anime fan. Y.Y (Rest in Peace, L-sama!)

    ~EDIT~:

Oh yeah, and in Absolute Boyfriend! I did cry at the end of that. It was terribly tragic, and it just wasn't FAIR! *sob*

BQ: What are you top 5 fav manga/anime?

    [1] Bleach

    [2] Fullmetal Alchemist

    [3] InuYasha

    [4] Death Note

    [5] Yu Yu Hakusho

This goes for both their animes and their mangas. The ranking is pretty much the same for me in both.

I loved the ending, it was so sweet =) Very conclusive, but I didn't cry =P I almost never cry for things like that -.-' I almost cried in NANA though, for reasons I shall not say cause I don't wanna spoil it for people. OH and I *did* cry in Clannad After Story though.

    1) Fruits Basket - manga

    2) Ouran High School Host Club - anime

    3) Lovely Complex - manga/anime

    4) Nodame Cantabile

    5) NANA

  • I haven't read Hana-Kimi yet.

Several of my favorite characters have died. (Rin from Inuyasha, but she was resurrected ^_^ Euphie from Code Geass, Shirley from Code Geass, and, of course, L from Death Note.) I cried for all of them.

My top five favorite mangas and animes usually change a lot, but at the moment...

Manga: Suzaku of the Counterattack, Ultra Maniac, Translucent, Bleach, and Death Note.

Anime: Death Note, Code Geass, Elfen Lied, Chobits, and Fruits Basket.

(In no particular order - when I order them, I feel bad. 0_o)
