If your concern is related to health only, don't sweat it: a bit of weed every now and then won't hurt you hardly at all - certainly nowhere NEAR as much as smoking does!!! Look at it this way: marijuana smoke is about the same as tobacco smoke when it comes to how much it affects your lungs - some say it is more harmful, but even if it 3 times as bad, big deal: if you smoke a couple of joints a week, compare that to at least 10 cigarettes per day for anyone who smokes (20 if you are a "pack a day" puffer, as many are!!) - 2 joints per week vs 70 cigarettes - that's a BIG difference!!! Also, weed in reasonable quantities (less than 7 or so joints a week) is NOT in any way shape or form addictive, and in moderate amounts causes almost no harm to your body or mind. I am not recommending it, mind you, but it sure beats tobacco, alcohol and other drugs by a looooong shot!!

For one weed smoking session, only very tiny amounts of any of the chemicals inhaled will remain in your body after a couple of days - so don't worry. Mind you, if you are playing sports and are concerned about doping tests, you should stop smoking a month before any such tests - but health-wise there are few concerns.

Drinking lots of water and getting plenty of exercise are ***always*** a good idea, by the way.......

Marijuana stays in your bloodstream for about 30 days. No amount of water drinking will change the effects on a good test. Now if it was just a puff or two you might be alright, but if you went all out it's probably got a good chance of coming up. Drink water, it might help, but really time is the only fix..

Well In can remain detectable on a drug test for a month or so but if you did not smoke a lot and have a fast metabolism it probably wont be that long but I would bet at least 2 weeks.

Dear Tim, If you smoke it occasionally it will remain in your system for up to 10 days. If you smoke marijuana on a regular basis it will stay in your system for as long as 45 days, and if you smoke marijuana at a constant pace, it can stay in the body for 90 days. Marijuana is fat soluble. It stores in the fat cells of the body, the brain, the liver, the kidneys, in other words the major organs.

    Hope this helps.

30 days and up depending on how often you smoke.

but, if you consume lots of powerful antioxidants (those little healthy things that clean your body of junk) you can get cleaned up real quick.

lots of blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, acai berries, green tea <----- all of those will detoxify your body. now drink looots of water to flush it out of your body once it has been collected.

its like washing dishes. you scrub the dish to get the gunk loosened then you rinse it to was it off.

but how about you stop smoking weed, or smooking in general? you'll enjoy life a lot more without it!
