7 to 8 week prego and look like i am?

When I found out how far along I was at my first ultrasound (9 weeks), I already looked several months along. It took me a while to believe I wasn't more pregnant than the doctor told me. And this is my first pregnancy. Most second and subsequent pregnancies, people will puff out much sooner than they did with their first. Your belly has already expanded and is capable of moving along faster. Your uterine muscle is also exercised and ready for the next pregnancy! I have a friend who is due two months AFTER I am, and with this, her second pregnancy, she is already much larger than I am.

I made sure to watch what I ate and tried to eat as nutritiously and healthfully as possible so that I did not gain too much weight, too quickly.

I don't know why my belly got so big, so fast, but it has evened out and I have been right where I should be through most of the second and all of the third trimester.

During pregnancy I am so bloated I look about 6 months pregnant after a glass of fizzy pop.. I was needing a wee the other day so much I was bent over as it hurt so much (In a queue for the loo) and a lady stopped me and asked if I needed an ambulance so I didn't have my baby in the toilet LOL!!

I was only 7 weeks pregnant! Mortified!

It's totally normal - it could just be as it is your second you are putting more weight on faster, however at 8 weeks along you won't be showing a baby bump.

Unless there are twins lol! Good luck hun - ask your doctor next time you see them, I am sure they will tell you the same!

The progesterone slows down your bowels in pregnancy making you more succeptable to trapped wind etc.

I do admit though I am going through the exact same, and when people ask me if I'm pregnant again I hate to say no because of the embarrasment I'd cause them, but I hate letting them know I am before 12 weeks. I just say 'GAS' lol

yes i've heard that with your second child you will show sooner , feel the baby kick sooner etc . i'm about 5 months along now and i still dont look pregnant , just alwyas bloated and fat lol

with my first i didn't show but with my second it looked like id swallowed a soccer ball at 3 months because your uterus is all ready stretched it shows sooner

did you lose all the weight from your first child? every pregnacy is different im on my 5th child and with this one i started showing real early as to my other ones didnt show much.

The baby is no more than the size of a peanut at this point so it's not the baby making you look like that.

if it is your second child you will show sooner. no worries
