Seniors are old just like people. and because cats are more active at night, just fill her bowl before you go to bed.

Adult is basically up to 9 years old- anything after that is what the vet would consider senior (due to their life expectancy)
They don't tell time, and can be a pain, but he may just want attention too :o)
Ours would always wake us up around that time wanting to play.
Try leaving out a bowl of dry food

my one cats 10 and my others 1 they like to be fed at anytime your awake it varies and mostly they always eat at the same time so i dont think it matters the age
