im out of work im am applying for jobs ,with 3 agencies all of which have asked me to upload cv s ,but iam useless i cant find out how to or what program to use 10 points for any one that could explain it simply ,thankyou for your time

Try looking on the website where they've posted the job. In Northern Ireland on a job site if you find a job you like you can attach your CV to the job like you would if it where an email.
