What kind of vitamins should I take?

My energy sucks, I am sleeping longer hours and I always feel tired. I'm looking for some vitamins but I do not know which one is the best for a female. I am 26 years old and I workout most days of the week but I am still working on my diet.

    1 Multi - Once a day

    Fish Oils - Once a day (brain support)

    Ginko Biloba - Once a day (cardiac support)

    B100 Complex - Once a day (energy, mental, cardiac support)

    Coffee (as needed) ;)
