If you stop taking vitamins suddenly, can that lead to bruising?
I stopped taking - fish oil, curcumin, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine, and prenatal vitamins. I'm covered in bruises I don't remember getting, which means they came from someting pretty inconsequential, like playing with the dog. Is this normal? Thanks,

When it comes to bruising, vitamins C and K seem to be getting the lion's share of attention.
