I really need help, its with a girl, i went out with someone and wen we split up me and her friend were...?

getting on really well, its long distance but yesterday i went to see her and my ex whose her friend was in town, thing is we didn't want her to know so we couldn't hug or anything that otherwise we would have done, so it made it awkward, but then last night someone hacked into my msn when i was on it well it was hacking they were meant to be helping me fix something via remote assistance and i dint understand how it worked, well anyway, he sed some stuff that was a bit offencive and she thought it was me as she knows you cant be logged into msn in two places but she doesn't know about remote assistance, so she wasn't returning my calls or answering my texts so i texted her friend my ex who doesn't know i have her number to tell her that i was sorry, and she did so but then she began asking questions, as she knew there was someone she said is it 'Jane' (not her real name btw) and i sed no we are just friends but then 'Jane' found out i had said that and although she didnt want my ex (who we'll call lauren) to find out she was annoyed at me for lying well at least it hink thats what shes annoyed at me for but now she seems to ahve blocked me on msn and wont again answer my calls or text me back i really like her and really need to know what to do now...
