Just started clomid!?

When I took it I got mood swings and very bad headaches but its worth it... By the way it only took me 2 rounds of Clomid to conceive.

First off Good Luck on the Clomid! I am on my 2nd round of 50 mg of Clomid. I haven't really had the mood swings that some people experience (although my hubby may say different..lol). Seriously though, I have experienced hot flashes and stomach cramping on it. The cramping I had around ovulation through my period. It was pretty minimal and wasn't all that bothersome at all. I also have insomnia. My doctor said she hadn't heard of that being a side effect so I am not sure it is related but its new to me. You can calculate when you ovulate by inserting when you start the Clomid!

the very first time i took clomid i started having hot flushes in the night about a week after taking them... turned into a b*tch from hell lol - had water retention around ovulation, so i was bloated, urinating a lot around ovulation too. pregnancy symptoms after ovulation as well even when AF would show up.

After taking it for a while you seem to get use to it.. first and second month u may have a few but after that you should be ok.

oh, i gained over a stone, a lot of people i know that took clomid gained weight! be careful. lol.

I just started clomid the 25th for 5 days..i was takin it at night...and didnt experience symptoms until the 5th day when i started getting hot flashes...they lasted for about 4 days and i had slight mood swings..nothin to bad.. i ovulated the 3rd..wish me luck!!! and good luck to you!!=]

I haven't taken Clomid (hoping I'll be prescribed some though), but have also heard that it can give some pretty bad s/e. One woman that I'm in a group with gets severe mood swings.

I would count yourself lucky that you aren't experiencing anything.

wow we are in sync i just took my second pill today haha.. i have the hot flashes but its nothing i cant handle.. me and my husband are also praying for a liil miracle this month... so baby dust to you and baby dust to me.. haha..
