Toddler calling Jesus "daddy" should be encouraged or not, advise?
Hubby was in Iraq for the first 2 years of Jayden's life. Jayden's first word was mommy, second was Daddy (pointing at a statue of Jesus on a crusifix over his crib)
now hubby is back and he is getting jelous on how Jayden is closer to Jesus than him.
I dont know what to tell him as I love Jesus too, as he commanded. I am faithful to hubby, but he cannot replace Jesus.
no rude atheist answers please.
also I should add. Jayden was concieved in a church, so he is a gift from God. that was the first time I had felt the power of ful orgasm, a blessing of our union and Jayden
so in a way, Jesus IS his daddy

My daughter was conceived in a McDonald's parking lot, does that mean that Ronald McDonald is her father? Kill yourself.

Ahem, I'm not sure who is in need of guidance here, Jayden or Jayden's mommy ? If you are not a troll you should definitely seek some guidance or alternatively try that verse pallet on yourself.

Conceived in church? Wow, church has really changed since I went there. Maybe I should go back? (joking)
My opinion on your question is, since I know your beliefs, I can see your quandary. However, as a Deist, I'd prefer the biological dad over a philosopher, even such a legendary one.

Your baby has no sins. When your child grows and understands what Christ means he might not call Christ "daddy".
But your son is blameless and has no sin. Should you encourage him, I think you should leave him alone and allow your son to determine that on his own as he grows. Your husband should understand and not get jealous because your son really doesn't understand what he is doing. your husband should at least be more thankful that he is home with your son and you, also your husband should be thankful that your son is acknowledging Jesus Christ instead of some dumb character on tv.
Glory and honor be unto God for ever and ever!
Please give your husband my gratitude for serving to defending this great nation under God. It is because of your husband and those that server our country that we have the freedom to have Jesus Christ in out home.
Thank you!

I would think it was kind of funny.
Umm....sex in a church? The orgasm may be due to the fact that it is extremely taboo. I can't say Jesus would endorse that escapade.

Jesus is a daddy to all of us!!! There is absolutely no harm in calling Him this! The more He is recognized as our heavenly Father in your home by your son, the closer your family will be to Him! Jesus Christ is above all, so don't worry about Jayden not calling your husband daddy, too. As he grows older, he will know that he has two daddies! <3

"Abba" means "daddy." It is the term Jesus used when he prayed.
Your additional details reveal your troll nature and your unbalanced mind.

You're going to have to teach him the imaginary friends aren't real at some stage. May as well be today ;D
