Yes you can freeze it without the mayo tasting horrible later.
Add a pinch of sea salt and mix it up real well, then freeze it in a air tight container.
When you want to unfreeze it, put the frozen salad in a bowl and add 3 oz's of lukewarm water directly ontop of it, then cover with saranwrap and put it in the fridge to thaw out slowly.
Do not microwave it, will make the mayo very nasty.

Thats' a lot of egg salad :) and I don't think mayo freezes well. I would say it will be watery when you thaw it.
If you are looking for ways to use it up:
I like egg salad on saltines...it's not as filling as a sandwich. Egg salad is basically what is in potato salad or macaroni salad....you could boil up some potatoes or elbow mac and make that.

No you cannot . The most and safest ids to store in fridge is 3 but not past 4 days in an air tight container. The egss will not freeze well or defrost right and you will be left with a soggy mushed up mess.

mayonaise will seperate when thawed if it is frozen. So, no you can't freeze it - i would suggest having the grandkid's and friends over for a picnic and some freeze tag or such - they would enjoy it before school starts back up.

No - when you freeze mayo it tends to separate. Just eat what you can and throw the rest out. If you keep your refrigerator really cold it might last an extra day or so.
