DO YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF MENTAL CONDITION THIS COULD BE?
I SEE MY NEIGHBOR WALKING DOWN THE STREET EVERYDAY WITH A MIRROR STARING AT HERSELF NON STOP (LIKE IN A TRANCE) SOMETIMES BRUSHING HER HAIR WITH HER FINGERS. THE FIRST TIME I SAW HER I THOUGHT SHE MUST BE TRIPPING ON SOME CRAZY DRUG, BUT NO SHE DOES THIS EVERYDAY, ITS FREAKY! DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THIS COULD BE?

She might be schizophrenic, suffering from dementia or any number of mental diseases associated with old age.

Mental disorders aren't about what a person does, it's about WHY they do it. You would have to ask her why she does it to get a basis of judgment. Technically, almost ANY mental disorder can result in a person doing that, it's all about the reason why they do it. If it's just because she likes doing it, there's nothing wrong with her. There's only something wrong if she's doing it in response to an inner problem that's troubling her, and even then, it isn't necessarily a mental disorder.
