Last night I got caught after curfew?
Okay so I was outside at like 1 in the morning with my friends and then a cop drives by and stops. He asks me questions like Do my parents know I'm out and stuff and where I live. So he tells me to get into the back of the car so I did. He drives me to my house and rings the doorbell and talks to my parents. When he comes back to the car he opens the door and I ask if I'm getting in trouble but he says No but I might be with my parents. So I was out after curfew but I didn't get into trouble with my parents but they were kind of mad but I didn't get in trouble with the cop. He took down my name and address and I was wondering if he's gonna put it on my file.

The cops are not just out to make arrests and fine speeders. Sometime they actually do just look out for peoples welfare. This was one of those times. He was just making sure you were home where you belonged, and made sure your parents knew you were out when you were not supposed to be.
Not a big deal, as he was just looking after you this time. If he keeps catching you out though, then he might need to start charging you, so take his act of good faith to heart and don't push it. You know there is a curfew, so be cool and don't break the law.
He took down your name and address so he knows who he has warned in the past. It's not for a criminal file or anything like that, so don't worry about it.
