i was looking in the latest issue of rolling stone magazine and on the timeline it says "mexico legalizes marijuanaand narcotics for personal use". is this true?

I think there has been a significant change in the law but I think rather than legal it has been decriminalized which means toleration of usage but it still remains illegal.

No...but its EVERYWHERE..im not kidding..hubby and i were there and we were approached several times by ppl offering pot, hash, "BLOW"..lmao..i was shocked by how brazen these guys are.
