Here is an excellent website with all you need to know about raising orphaned kittens:
It sounds like the kitten may need to see a vet. The infection may be bad enough that there's not much you can do at home that you haven't tried already. The kitten may have an illness, especially since the other kittens have died. If the vets don't sound helpful or just say that a kitten that small should be put down, don't listen to them, and call another vet until you find one willing to help you.
The three most important things you need to concentrate on are:
1. Keeping kittens warm. They cannot regulate their own body heat for the first few weeks of life. Get a heating pad and put it on low setting underneath the blanket in their sleeping box, but only put the pad on half the box. This is because if they get too hot, they can crawl away from the heat to the cool side of the box.
2. Feeding kittens - Kittens need special kitten replacement milk, normally called KMR. You can find this and a special small bottle for baby animals at pet stores, some grocery stores, and even wal-mart. If you cant get any right away, and need some food now you can use evaporated milk temporarily, but don't do this too long because most cats are lactose intolerant and cannot handle too much dairy from cow's milk. The website I linked also has a recipe for how to make your own kitten formula at home. If you can't get a bottle right away, you can use something such as an eye dropper, but be VERY careful if you do this, and only give them a few drops at a time, because if they get too much in them all at once, they can accidentally aspirate liquid into their lungs, which can cause them to get sick or even die.
3. Kittens need help going potty. You need to help them by taking a cotton ball dipped in warm water, and rubbing it gently on their bottom and tummy to stimulate them to go potty. Normally momma cat would lick them to help them do this.
The website I linked above will have plenty more information on what to do and what to expect, as well as descriptions on the differences of what they will look like at different amounts of weeks old, which should help you figure out the approximate age.
Good luck, I hope this helps =^.^=

God bless you for taking them. Kittens are among the hardest job in the world, and now you have a problem, no vet or humane society will take them off your hands should you decide you can't help them anymore. I learned this the hard way but here is what I can help with. Stimulate the anus and stomach in a downward motion, until poop comes out. If the kitten is still bloating, they may be getting some kind of worms, which could kill them within one day. I suggest getting kitten wormer and with every other feeding add the tiniest amount of wormer. This may even get them to poop more often. Also, add a tiny amount of mineral oil to each feeding also. The bad news....kittens found that young were probably left for a reason, the mother knew they weren't going to survive, but it doesn't mean they are doomed for good, but it is likely they won't make it. As for the infected eyes, rinse with peroxide and try not to spread the infection to the other kittens or both eyes. Keep rinsing with warm water until crusts are removed. Good luck to you and the kittens. Hope this helped. A vet might take a look at them and give some advice but they won't take them.

i also once found a baby squirrel, in my state Ohio it is aganist the law to keep/own a squirrel. i called the vet they couldn't help but they did give me a number of a non profit org who takes in wildlife who is young or hurt. they help it then release it safely back to the wild. its a free service all you do is have to drop off the animal. when i called them they said not to feed it anything but bring it in. if its moving around a small dog kennel is good if its not but being still wrap in a blanket or towel as they like to nest, at least thats what they told me. hope it all works out!!!

Take it to a vet or animal hospital ASAP. Also if you have any other pets keep the sick kitten seperated from them!
