There are several agencies in Warsaw that can fulfill that request by mail. They even poke holes in the box and everything.

Trick is where to buy really good authentic polish sausage...makes all the difference in the world. Chicago has some of the best Polish grocery stores and excellent sausage!!! Maybe you could find a good Polish woman there and just marry her!!

just order fresh kielbasa from Kowalski's in Hamtrmck (MI)...even with the 50.00 ++ ship rate, it's cheaper. And it is the best Kielbasa you will ever eat..and so easy to cook! I don't do cabbage, so I can't help ya there, though my adopted grandma made some pretty amazing stuff when she was alive. I'm sure you can find a good recipe somewhere =)
