Otogi Story Tenshi no Shippo

Goro Mutsumi is one unlucky young man. When he was a little kid, each of his pets died for different tragic causes. Even until right now, he can't seems to find the right job. The only job he had was one with a company which eventually went out of business. One day, a mysterious fortune teller called him and told him that he is definitely surrounded by bad luck. The fortune teller then gave him a cellular phone, and then said that perhaps Mutsumi's luck will improve. The magical cellular phone awakens all of his pets that he owned when he was a little kid, one by one, in the form of beautiful young girls.

Tentai Senshi Sunred

Tentai Senshi Sunred is a powerful, battle tested hero of many years. He has sold his super bike, which is seen in the opening credits. Now he smokes a lot, is effectively unemployed, and lives by the grace of his girlfriend, Kayoko Uchida. His arch enemies in the Evil Florsheim Army are still trying to take over the world. Under the direction of their local leader, Vamp, they help members of the community, run a cooking show, assist Kayoko Uchida whenever possible, and try to attack the ever powerful Sunred. All in all, a light parody of the Japanese hero genera.

Shizuku

A man adrift on the sea finds three drops of water on his raft's mast. He desperately tries to get at these drops to quench his thirst, but they will not fall into his mouth.

Kogepan

Once there was a piece of very special red bean bread baking in the oven, but tragically while the tray was being removed the bread fell and became a burnt brown bread now known as Kogepan. No one would buy burnt bread or be nice to him, so Kogepan became an outcast with no emotion for others. He ran away from home, gets drunk off milk, smokes, and always says negative things about himself. To pass the time, Kogepan reads books on how to become better bread and teaches the pretty bread what he knows of life. He dreams that someday if he works hard enough, he can be worth something too.

Higepiyo

Higepiyo is a little chick with a mustache, who is seeking to aquire masculinity with his friend Hiroshi but ends up being entangled with a skin of heated milk.

Girl from Phantasia

Unfortunately, magic carpets don't always come with labels, so when young Akihiro discovers the floor covering in question, all he can think about is how impressed his girlfriend Michiko will be by his new "necking pad". Akihiro's amorous intentions are abruptly shagged however, when, while fondling the deep plush pile, the cute, cuddly and very female sprite Malon pops into his hands!

Swept into one predicament after another, Akihiro is faced with not only the mischievous Malon, but also her ruthless magician-rival Roll, her combative elf associates Bith and Mont, and, worst of all, an extremely annoyed Michiko! What a crewel fate!

Pugyuru

One day, an ordinary high school girl, Ma$%^&* (her name is left to your imagination), met Cheko, who was a maid who came from a village of maids. She could melt, fly, and pull her head off .... Anyway, strange people began to come, for example, a snow fairy who disliked cold, a large squid that could speak, scary persons, and the like.

Best Student Council: about a girl who gets accepted into an all girls highschool, but the school is actually some sort of spy organization (though they work only for themselves.) (Example, they send out their intelligence officers and the entire assult squad to figure out if the guy one of the girls is dating actually loves her.) Plus, the main character has this hand puppet...who talks on it's own. In the end, you find out the puppet is the girl's brother or father (I forget) (!?) and both the puppet and the girl have powers that are never explained, but could apparently destroy the world. Then it ends. Just like that. XD weirdest anime I ever watched.

btw, that anime Akikan sounds weird but interesting. :P I'm gonna go watch it!
