What do I do about REALLY bad blisters on my toes and feet?
Taking it easy or staying off my feet is not an option because I have four more 8 hour days at work.
They hurt really bad!!! I don't know what to do!
Thanks!!

A hot spot is a warning a blister might be forming. Treat a hot spot or blister as soon as you notice it to relieve the pressure on your skin. Cut
moleskin (bought at any general store) large enough to cover the blister, and fit it around the injury. Shape several more moleskin
patches and stack them on top of the other. The bandage will keep pressure off the injury. A gel pad made of the same material used to
treat burns can be applied directly over a blister to reduce friction and speed healing. Follow the instructions used on the package. Used
together, a gel pad and a moleskin provide maximum relief for blisters and hot spots.
Get well soon!
Hope I helped,
Chris.

Buy some moleskin (this stuff is no longer really made from the skin of moles, they just keep the name); sterilize a needle; drain the blister by entering from the side starting from healthy skin. Soak the drained blister in hydrogen peroxide to kill germs; seal the area with a bandage or liquid bandage - make sure the wound is tightly sealed so that it will not move separately from the foot. The blister is caused by friction of your foot moving differently from your shoe and the skin moving both with the shoe and with the foot. When you dress for work make sure you have a fresh bandage on the blisters, the blisters should be drained and bandaged, and stick the mole skin over all that. The bandage is just a generic word for band-aide (a trade-marked product by J&J.).
As soon as you get home from work, clean and drain the blisters put band-aides on them. Keep your feet dry and elevated.

Not really knowing why you have blisters makes it hard to give you an answer to your questions. If it comes from being on your feet all day working I would recommend you investing in a better pair of shoes. The cost of a good pair of shoes pays of in the long run and it will help to eliminate your foot problems.

Trying changing what your wearing on your feet, you can also get some kind of cream that kills the pain and takes away blisters. Blisters are caused by aggrivation to the skin, so try wearing looser shoes.

Well, me and my family have this very mild version of epidermia bullosa, we went to our gp and he gave us medication for it, but before that we used loads of methods, if you put antiperspirant and Vaseline on your feet before you go out and get blisters it prevents them, after you have got them the best thing to do is pop them when they are of reasonable size, then cover it so it doesn't get infected, you can also buy special socks called silver socks i think you can get them from M&S but I'm not sure.
hope this helps :) x

Soak your feet in Epsom salt(this can be bought cheaply at at walmart/target or any drugstore)
afterword thoroughly cover your feet in bag balm and then wrap them in bandages to keep them clean and dry...cover with fresh socks.
if your shoes aren't that great your feet are still going to be in pain so I would recommend investing in some running shoes with great support or at least some nice insoles.

Wearing the proper supportive shoes is important. And shoe inserts may help your posture.

Try using moleskin. You can find it in the arch support area of the store. It's cheap too.
