did you see the fattest man in the world in the news, 70 stone, how is he alive and how does he afford food?

The poor man is obviously sick and needs help, not the people around him that keep getting him all that food. It costs £177,000.00 a year to keep this man, thanks to tax payers. Its not only abominable it should be illegal. My husband is genuinely sick and gets £110 a week incapacity benefit. He would work if he could walk properly, this man just lies in bed feeding his face. Its horrible, someone help him before he is dead.

Well asda deliver & most if not all takeaways deliver

If you have the money, which this gluttonous wretch obviously does courtesy of hard-working tax-payers;

he can eat within half hour of order being placed & asda will deliver the next day.

I agree someone is always aiding & abetting the obese.

Where's their accountability & his own personal responsibility in all this?

Believe me when I say if I ever got that bad I want the ground to open up & swallow me.

The shame & the self-loathing would be awful.

Why didn't he think about a sensible, moderate balanced diet YEARS AGO?

last time he went into hospital the window and wall had to be taken out and next doors garden wall demolished so a fire engine could be employed to get him out! (lucky I wasn't his neighbour because the wall would not have come down)

I would leave him in his reinforced bed with only water to live on and the occasional lettuce leaf. Sorry, but this man has eaten himself this way because he loves food.
