I use crunchyroll alot, it is free, but u can subscribe and get the new release animes when they air in japan, but id rather wait a week and see it for free.

I tried to find some anime sites that list them by type, but I can't. So, try typing in hte types of anime you want in Google, find one you want to watch and try these sites, they have good quality

well i don't know any anime sites that categorize, but on onemanga.com you can categorize the mangas and you can just watch the anime of it, if there is one. hope i helped. :)
