Did you hear? Obama's birth certificate..Court date set!?

The case was dismissed by Judge Carter in US District Court on October 29th. There is no court date. There will be no trial. The case is over. All claims are off the docket. Nothing survives. The case was Keyes/Barnett v Obama, in California. It probably will be appealed, but that won't be heard for months.

The reason the case AND ALL OTHERS (40+) have been dismissed is that the constitution is clear on who qualifies a president (the Electoral College and Congress before an election) and how a sitting president can be removed (via impeachment, trial and conviction by the Congress). Even if it is found that Obama was born in a cave in Afghanistan, midwifed by Satan -- he IS a sitting president.

Obama HAS shown what the State of Hawaii considers to be a proof of citizenship at birth document, their Certification of Live Birth. Officials in Hawaii have said that they have examined the original document on file in Hawaii, and it shows that Obama was born in Hawaii and is a Natural born citizen. If any of the cases made it to trial, the defense would get a new copy of the COLB, and the court would accept it as definitive proof of birth in Hawaii. Case over.

Obama's grandmother never said Obama Jr. was born in Kenya. If you listen to the entire tape, it's clear that she was asked via translation -- were you present (in Kenya) when he was born? She said yes, she was in Kenya. The interviewer then asked to visit where he was born, was it in Mombassa? To which the grandmother then emphatically said no, he was born in America. And repeatedly insisted Hawaii. Read the transcript, listen to the tape. It's obvious the first question was taken as "Were you there in Kenya when he was born in Hawaii?" The transcript submitted to the court stopped after the first yes. If a trial was held, the ENTIRE tape (as well a a depostion of the grandmother herself) would be in evidence, and the court would conclude that the grandmother wasn't a witness to the birth. Particularly since she has said she first learned of the birth via a letter from Hawaii.

It's about time. According to the World Net Daily in an article on September 25th "Obama spent as much as 1.4 million dollars, to block the American people from seeing his actual birth certificate"

This in and of it's self almost proves he's guilt of not being a natural born citizen of the U.S. and therefore not eligible for the office of president.

Assuming that the court is going go ahead with this case, we are in for quiet the political show. If obama can't prove his eligibility, as he has practically admitted by dodging every case that has targeted his birth certificate, there is cause for him to be impeached out of office. Which would leaving the country in the hands of Biden, which is almost as scary. I wonder if an election of '08 can be declared unconstitutional meaning that any of the offices obama filled would have to be emptied as well? That would be the best outcome.

I for one being a veteran would like to know the truth be he eligible or not, because in the military world everything matters.

How many federal jobs could have been used to hire people rather than spend it on dumb court cased that already have been debunked.

I am glad it is finally going to be proven that he is a FRAUD! And as this is an act of treason, I truly hope we can drag him through the streets. I believe if he really had a B/C it would never have come to this. He won't even let us see his school records. Which I find interesting. He is a schemer and will be caught!

Nothing will come of this. Just because there is a case doesn't mean they will win. They will lose, just like all the countless people did before them.
