since her bladder & bowel are not fully mature, accidents will happen for the next 3 years. put her on the toilet more frequently and have the pediatrician decide if there is a medical reason for this.

I would not recommend putting her back in pull ups personally. Although it could be a reaction from the UTI, Children around that age can also pee themselves as part of a control issue (especially girls around 3!) When my daughter started doing it, I allowed her to pee herself as much as she wanted, with the rule that if she made a mess, she had to clean it up. I tell my daughter, "you chose the action, you chose the consequence", At 3, they are ale to take their sheets off the bed and put them in the laundry room and change their own clothes and to put the dirty ones in the laundry. After about a week or two, they feel comforted that they can make that choice but they get very tired of cleaning up after themselves and will chose a less messy way to exert their independence. Although she could be having accidents because of the uti, just be patient, it wont last forever. Additionally, make sure she knows to wipe front to back and that you are not giving her bubble baths to decrease the chance she will get another UTI. Good luck.

Well my friend's daughter was born with Kidney problems. She has had many uti infections and pees on herself a lot so she has to wear pull ups. Maybe your daughter has another uti or maybe the previous one never fully went away. The only other thing I can think of...is maybe she got used to just peeing on herself with the uti that she has reverted back for a while. Kids can do that. I assume she can tell you when she needs to potty so you should ask her every hour if she needs to potty and put her on the potty when she says she has to go. Try rewarding her with a sucker when she goes to the potty instead of peeing on herself. That should help and tell you if she just reverted back or if she has another uti and can't hold her pee.

She probably is embarrassed to tell you she peed her pants. But anyways, for now, you can buy her a small pack of pull-ups, so she doesn't mess up so many clothes. If its because of a uti, then she can't help it. Just let her wear pull-ups until you can take her to the doctor and get whatever it is fixed. Poor baby.

could desire to be stress; regression (confident they do, if there are others being dealt with like a sprint one, they choose to sense that, too); and ordinary exchange, bullying, UTI, and lack of self belief from arguments?
