It means you're human and straight. It's ok to get turned on by hot guys, there is nothing wrong with it. However, it's not ok to do anything about it ... not if you value your friendship anyway.

The reason girls have sex with their friend's boyfriends is easy: because they already have an in with said boy due to their friendship with his girlfriend. This is why acting on your attraction to your friend's boyfriend is not only an act of disloyalty, but one of cowardice as well, since you couldn't attract a hot guy yourself.
