It means that the asker blocked you.... maybe it was something you said that they were offended by or you have a view that they don't agree with. If you're dying to know what the question is, you can log out of your account and view the question.

That tells you that the other user has blocked you from viewing their question that you answered. Simple enough for you to understand.

The question probably contained classified secret information and The Establishment has removed it to keep you from finding out what they are doing.

The person blocked you from viewing it, sometimes it's due to a glitch but not often.
