Disorderly Conduct and Harassment in the 2nd degree?

My boyfriend was out the other night and to make a long story short, I had to pick him up from the police department at 5am. There was a fight with multiple persons against 1 and my boyfriend was not involved in that. The few people that got caught for beating up the one guy all got Harassment, and my boyfriend made a threat to someone involved and got Disorderly Conduct and Harassment in the 2nd degree. He has a prior record from about a decade ago, but they did not know that at the time that they cuffed him and put him in the cop car. My question is, whats the worst that can happen to him at court tomorrow? What can we do? I put in a call to an ADA that we know, but still haven't heard anything and court is tomorrow night. I don't want him to go to jail, we have a 2 year old and I'm 8 months pregnant with our second baby, and if he goes to jail the minimum I saw is 15 days, which would put him there through Christmas. :-(

Update:

***More info for the a**hole with the smart comment:

It was my boyfriend's cousin (who happens to be bi-racial) that was getting beat up, he got dragged back into the bar that they were at and was beat up by about 10 (white) guys including the bouncer (who repeatedly used racial slurs) who was armed with a bottle, my bf was outside trying to get in, and there were people holding him back, so he made a comment like "i'm gonna f u up, let me in there" and thats why he got harassment... as for the disorderly conduct, i'm just assuming its because they were drinking and it was a loud comotion and he happens to be 6'4" and like 250lbs.

It was for his cousin's birthday too, its not like this is an every weekend event, and he hasn't been in trouble since he was 15 (he's 26.)

Aww, poor girl! Too bad your sh**head boyfriend didn't think of that before he acted up.

Here is what you have to do: Find a better boyfriend.

EDIT: Thank you for the additional information. Now that I know you a little better, I agree that my initial comment was misplaced. You SHOULD have a sh**head for a boyfriend. I am glad it is all going to work out for you.

    Have a nice life!

Its all by way of usual of participant they're now bringing into the league. there became right into a time while the gamers have been all "Mr. sparkling" yet that day is long gone for good, sorry to assert. you should improve the factors for those adult men and penalize people who can't make it.
