Head to your local law library. Ask the librarian to show you where they keep the computers with the free access to either Lexis or Westlaw. The librarian may also know of some good secondary sources that are specific to your state that you can use to research.
You might also try www.findlaw.com.

You won't find a lot of online sources for case law on family issues. And you really don't need it. If you have evidence that your ex is providing a improper home life take it to the judge.
If this is just stuff you know or think you know get some evidence and take it to the judge.
