All a person has to do is google paganism, there they will see what they do in their church, just under a different name, all expect Easter, they didn't even bother to change the pagan festival to the queen of the heavens, goddess of fertility, symbol the rabbit.
With all the modern technology we have at our finger tips, it's hard to fathom that people are so dense as to what they worship. It's there for all to see, 2 Co 4:4 sure is true.
1 John 5:19, James 4:4, both these scriptures are good advice.
Christianity has committed adultery with paganism, result, christendom. The Bible calls all these false religions daughters of the great Harlot, Babylon the Great, she is the Empire of false religion. Rev 18:4 warns all to get out of her if we don't want to share in her destruction
There is only one true faith (Ephesians 4:5-6) one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all [persons], who is over all and through all and in all.

Most existing pagan belief systems were assimilated into Christianity when it became the STATE RELIGION of the Roman Empire in the 4th century. In fact that's when the word pagan "paganus: Country Dweller (meaning similar to trailer court trash, or hillbilly)" came into popular usage.

Thats a good thought provoking question.
I would say that paganism cannot be Christianized but Christianity can be paganized, I think! Because pagan is pagan and cannot be anything but pagan. You can not call something that is pagan good or say it is now Christian.
But Christianity, if allowed, can be corrupted and become pagan if it allows paganistic practices to seep into it.
Some have claimed to Christianize paganism but what really happened is Christianity got paganized. Get my drift? :)

under no circumstances. Jehovah's Witnesses take their queue from the Watchtower. Now some will say its in uncomplicated terms a publishing organization, as concept it has no authority over what they suspect. Ask any jehovah witness who ever went against what the Watchower Bible and Tract Society advised them what to have confidence, annd see what the implications have been.

Look at Christendom today.
Mother and child worship = paganism
Trinity worship = pagan origin (Nimrod murdered his Fathers, married his mother, had a child,
{Father = Son}
Worship of Sun {Saturnalia} 25th December = pagan origin
Eternal soul never dies = pagan origin
Everlasting punishment in burning "Hell" = pagan origin
There are such a lot ... please let me stop now.
Christendom today reflects mostly pagan beliefs, so Christendom is born from pagan beliefs, rejecting True Worship of Jehovah.
They have even gone so far as to erase Jehovah's name from their "Bibles" in spite of Jesus having told us how to pray:
"Our Father, who art in Heaven, Blessed be your Name."
What Name?
Read (Proverbs 30:4) Who has ascended to heaven that he may descend? Who has gathered the wind in the hollow of both hands? Who has wrapped up the waters in a mantle? Who has made all the ends of the earth to rise? What is his name and what the name of his son, in case you know?
Read also (King Jame Translation) (Psalm 83:18) That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth.
The blind cannot ever learn to read, the deaf will never hear.

In your question is part of the answer.
AD is Anno Domini or Year of our Lord referring to the year of Christ’s birth.
BC is Before Christ.
CE is a Common Era and is used in place of A.D.
BCE means Before Common Era
secularists and certain religions have stopped using AD and BC because this refer to Jesus' life. This is a subtle attack - yet blatant to a Christian.
To understand what was paganism and was "christianized"
or
what is Christian and given pagan definitions or decorated with pagan additions
Takes a study of the pagan religions of the time.
Take it a little at a time and as many sources as possible - verify verify verify.

Christianity was paganized. If you look at December 25th, it was the Natalis Solis Invicti or the Birthday of the Unconquerable Sun. The clergy eventually incorporated pagan custom in their worship. If you do further research you will find that the Puritans were disgusted by Chrismas due to it's tainted origin.

The latter.
"Heathen philosophy (I use the term broadly) was brewed in the dark minds of men who had apostatized from the truth and had set about to destroy the gospel and the influence of the priesthood by any means they could think of. Their technique consisted primarily in taking concepts which the people already believed and then rationalizing and twisting them so that they might become more appealing to the common man by making allowances for vices and indulgences which true religion forbade."
So these other religions are actually apostate example of branching out from Christianity.

Christianity in the first century was true, Paul said it would become apostatised with false teachings after the apostles died and false teachers would come after him and distort the truth and draw away disciples to false teachings.
(Acts 20:29-30) I know that after my going away oppressive wolves will enter in among YOU and will not treat the flock with tenderness, and from among YOU yourselves men will rise and speak twisted things to draw away the disciples after themselves.
The apostles kept Christianity teachings true but when they died the braking effects against false teachings were released so that teachings came in that were not scriptural and were often philosophies of the heathen nations adopted.
Jesus too taught that apostasy would right soon come after his leaving the earth. Bible teachings of truth would be polluted with heathen falsehoods as he illustrated with weeds that was sown among the wheat.
(Matthew 13:24-28) Another illustration he set before them, saying: “The kingdom of the heavens has become like a man that sowed fine seed in his field. While men were sleeping, his enemy came and oversowed weeds in among the wheat, and left. When the blade sprouted and produced fruit, then the weeds appeared also. So the slaves of the householder came up and said to him, ‘Master, did you not sow fine seed in your field? How, then, does it come to have weeds?’ He said to them, ‘An enemy, a man, did this.’ They said to him"
By the 4th century without the apostles to clamp down and keep out the falsehoods by then Christianity was fusing openly and blatantly with pagan celebrations and teachings.
Creeds were drawn up that would supercede the true teachings of the Bible and become the foundation stones of Christendom.
