Is the Tempur-Pedic really a good mattress? How much does it cost?

We've had bad luck with tempur-pedic pillows.

Feels really good and it's supposed to help your spine. Prices are fairly high around the 1000's. The have some great deals on their website, check it out.

They are good but I can pay 600 instead of 2000 and I will sleep just as well.
