What is the water flow in a 19mm pipe?

I have a pump which uses 19mm internal diameter tubing. The pipe is 3 meters long and raises the height of the water 1.5 meters. Any one have a flow rate for 19mm and or 16mm internal diameter tube per meter or any length? Gravity fed vertical pipe will do. If you prefer imperial then 3/4" will do for 19mm and 1/2" is close enough to 16mm. Its easier for me to use 16mm pipe but the 3000 liter per hour pump calls for 19mm and I want to see how much flow I would be restricting by using 16mm pipe.

    The charts show that 12 GPM (3000L/H) is already higher than the usual range of selection for a 3/4 " standard pipe. By going to a 1/2" the flow resistance is over four times higher. The smaller pipe size in that approximately 10 ft of straight length will result in an added pressure requirement of about 2 meters. If there are any elbows it will be higher.

    The resulting reduction in flow will depend on the characteristic curve of the pump.

    Never reduce the pipe size on the suction side of a pump.
