Its driving me nuts seeing people recommend bowls and 10 gallon tanks when they obviously know nothing about the enviroment fish need to survive let alone thrive

I have a pump which uses 19mm internal diameter tubing. The pipe is 3 meters long and raises the height of the water 1.5 meters. Any one have a flow rate for 19mm and or 16mm internal diameter tube per meter or any length? Gravity fed vertical pipe will do. If you prefer imperial then 3/4" will do for 19mm and 1/2" is close enough to 16mm. Its easier for me to use 16mm pipe but the 3000 liter per hour pump calls for 19mm and I want to see how much flow I would be restricting by using 16mm pipe.

I have very bad BO, I have tried lots of different deodorants and anti perspirants but nothing seems to work. I wash every day but 20 minutes afterwards i am smelly. Any recommendations?
