Probably not until at least a month after testimony finishes. The losing side will appeal to the 9th Circuit Court. They will probably hear the appeal. It will then be months before that happens. After the 9th rules, the side that loses the appeal will appeal to the US Supreme Court. I think they will probably hear it.
My guess is that this matter will not be settled until at "least" the end of 2011.
