would you take your child outside today?
My 18 month old daughter normally goes to the park every morning that it is not raining or really cold. But last night she was coughing a lot. It sounded like one of those congested in the nose coughs not all chesty at all. But I am not sure if I should take her to the park today.
What is the correct procedure for this sort of an eventuality? She seems fine today, still has a slight cough, no fever and not crabby.

If a child is sick or not sounding or feeling well its wise to keep them inside where it is warm. The fresh air always dose the body of a little one good, but with it being cold ( well i should ask where do ya live. Main or Florida. ) its good to keep them warm as much as you can. Cold air can agitate their sinus and throat if they have a bug of any sort. Plus you might want to look in to allergies. Anything from pet to outside plants can cause it.

Maybe she should just play around the yard. Just in case she keeps coughing. I would do this just to be on the safe side. Hope she feels better.
