I was thinking Damon is too obvious, it has to be someone else. Now that you mention it Max does sound like the right person. Even Hayley said he got in a bit of trouble hanging out with a bad crowd~

Everyone keeps saying that it's Damon but I think that's a little too obvious. Besides that, Damon couldn't think his way out of a paper bag. I would love to think it's someone at least connected to the show rather than them bringing in another new character. I did hear that Bailey was leaving, but Damon signed a contract, so something is obviously up with him.

It is definitely Damon. I hope they bust him and cart him off to jail. Then Bailey and Stewart can move back in w/ Liza where they belong. Bailey could do so much better than the loser Damon.

Damon is most definitely involved but I don't believe he is working on it alone. Max would be a good choice but this would bring Hayley and Mateo back and they aren't coming back so I don't know. I like the theory though!

I think it is Damon, Bailey's boyfriend. Yesterday, during the break-in at Tad's house, Bailey couldn't get ahold of Damon and when he finally came home, his hand was hurt. The person who broke in to Tad's house had to have hurt himself leaving through the window that he/she broke.

I asked the same question the other day =). I think it's Damon. They're surely making it look like him, but you know how it is in Soap Opera World it's NEVER who you think it is.

I dont think it is Damon. Its too obvious. He has also been hired as a contract player, so he wont be going to jail.
