Question about blood donation and plasma donation?

I donated whole blood on the 21st of January and want to donate plasma this coming week. Is it okay to go ahead and make an appointment or should I wait the 56 days of the normal whole blood donation wait time before I do anything else?

If you have donated whole blood you should wait the whole 56 days before donating plasma.
