Which college should I choose: NC State or UNC?

I've been accepted to both colleges, but I am having difficulty deciding. UNC sounds like the easy choice because I've always dreamed about going there, but State is also a good school. The reason that I'm having such a difficult time deciding is because at State I'm going to major in textiles and apparel (fashion), and at Carolina I would just have to major in business. State has the number 1 textiles program in the world, but Carolina has a really good business school. My dream is to become a buyer, and eventually open my own formal/bridal boutique. I am also very interested in rushing. I'm from North Carolina and I'm middle class. Which school do you think would be the best academically? The best socially?
