Religious people, why?

Because it makes sense to me, and because of my personal experiences.

This question can be directed at everyone, every walk of life. There's a difference between religious people and spiritual people. I don't understand why people are religious and jump through hoops and beat themselves all to get God's approval.

This the way people.. find a Way to survive.. May you won't feel it.. But.. This is what in Someway connects us to God.. But there is Only One God ..

Religion is something which teaches people to survive.. Don't believe what media.. says.. All they want ;; is that you don't become too religious.. and Forget spending.. for their materialistic agendas.. peace.. have a good..

As Allah SWt says in Quran:-

Those who believed (in the Oneness of ALLAH - Islamic Monotheism), and whose HEARTS FIND REST in the REMEMBRANCE of ALLAH: verily, in the REMEMBRANCE of ALLAH DO HEARTS FIND REST .

( سورة الرعد , Ar-Rad, Chapter #13, Verse #28)

I believe all religions exist only to teach people to be good to others.

The reason i believe this is the large number of similarities between religions.

I don't have a hard time accepting a creator.. I see creation and intelligent design

I don't see how anything can exist wit out a creator

it's peoples sin it's what blocks them from believing, they deep down inside have a hard time accepting God, so they are blind to truth

Because I went to Medjugorje(like millions of people) and felt amazing peace and happiness....I was in heaven and now nothing else matters because I felt God's love and I wouldn't give it up for anything.

One can believe only when one is convinced positively. Also if one goes through experience and gets convinced, then it is enough to believe.

Because science has yet to find a cure for bleu ballz. When that happens, I'll believe in the atheist god.

Because there was many people who did it and with good results.

Why do you believe the way you do?
