Financial Crisis: should immigrants come or wait?

Hello,

I know that most Americans are very tolerable, especially with regards to immigrants. What I would like to know is if more would be welcomed considering the financial problems; banks being closed, foreclosures and declining employment opportunities?

Or, should they rather wait for some time, if yes, approximately for how long?

This would help take a rational decision for some to be immigrants.

I never said it would be illegal! All I am asking about is about the timing.

Is the word immigrant commonly considered illegal immigrant?

    It is illegal to come to this country without a passport or a visa. You will be breaking the law. I know several people in this country over look the fact that it is called ILLEGLAL immigration. But if you leave your wallet out and I take 5 dollars out is that not stealing, even if I am hungry and thirsty and have no money it is still ILLEGAL to steal, just as it is ILLEGAL to come into the country without using the proper system.

    So if you want to come into our country do it the right way or stay out
