Sometimes what we eat can affect our temperament. Study nutrition and about calming foods and healing foods. Some foods can cause temper flares -- for me one trigger used to be eggs. when I ate them I was always angry no matter how hard I tried to be nice. So I eat them very sparingly now, and always balanced with other foods. Wholes grains such as brown rice, millet, and oats are also very calming and centering types of foods.
Counseling can help if it is the right counselor for U. It may take a while to find the correct one, because they are all not alike. Some are better or worse than others. So if U go to one and it does not work out, do not give up. Keep going until U find just the right person who can really help U.

Have someone video you when you're having one of your "outbursts".
Then watch it.
It'll be HILARIOUS!!!
You won't recognize yourself for acting so f--ing stupid on that video.
Seriously.
Watch yourself ONCE after one outburst and you'll feel like such a jack@$$, that you'll NEVER do it again.
