A toshiba satellite laptop fell off of the coffee table and now most of the keys won't work.?

It is possible the cable connection to the keyboard jarred loose on impact. It is equally likely the keyboard is cracked, and needs to be replaced.

Unless you are familiar with dissassembling laptops, I would have it looked at by a repair shop.

I'm not sure, perhaps someone may correct me on this one, but perhaps you can find a USB keyboard and attach it to the laptop. It's not much for portability, but at least you'll have a full - functioning keyboard.

deffinitely hardware damage- nothing anyone can do on this end. like the others, i suggest on-screen keyboard as a temporary solution untill you find a USB keyboard or get your system repaired.

control panel >> accessibility options >> on screen keyboard (to the left)

OR

start >> run >> osk.exe

Make it fall again to see if it fixes itself ....

You may have to take it to a repair shop , or you can use the onscreen keyboard or buy a USB keyboard and plug it in and use it instead
