How often should we check?

I don't know if this is the right category. Couldn't find it anywhere else....

Okay so. Me and my boyfriend are planning on having sex for the first time. There is the age factor. But I'm not here to be shunned. I'm almost 16. My mum says I can't go on the pill. (She's this health fanatic. "Its not healthy, not natural." Yes. I've spoken to her about this, she knows what were going to do.

So me and my boyfriend were talking, we've agreed he's going to pull out just before he cums. And we know that always doesn't work. So were thinking of checking the condom are times to check that its not broken, and if it is, take immediate action.

Just how often should we check? He reckons every minute. But that's to many interruptions. So how often?

Thanks in advance.

You can check if the condom's broken at the end. If the condom IS broken, take a "Tomorrow's pill" or something ; it's a pill you may use within 72 hours (24 hours for maximum [close to 100%] efficiency) to prevent pregnancy.

Follow the directions on the back of the condom package, leave room for the sperm to go.

Chances are you won't have issues.

I don't recommend the Plan B (morning after pill) it is a easy access abortion, which is wrong.

use a condom and dont pull out --- if it breaks you will know it and if you keep checking it will place more stress --- the failure rate is so low as to be not an issue --- if you have to keep thinking of all these things it will ruin the mood --- trust the condom and enjoy every sensation without thinking of anything else --- and if you dont use a condom --- pulling out NEVER works because enough sperm has "leaked" out to make you pregnant even before he climaxes --- so use the condom think only of your pleasure and enjoy every second

You won't really be able to 'check' already during intercourse, but make sure you take the morning after pill if your unsure. And do not get him to put two condoms on like the person above said, it is not effective.

You and your boyfriend will have a crappy 1st time by the sound of it. How can you possibly have fun if you are worrying? Try talking to your mum again. I don't think she would be very happy if you became pregnant.

you can check, but sometimes you can't always see a tear! Don't check that will totally ruin your first time! Use Spermicide, and plan b the next day!

that won't any good just use the condom and if it breaks(which it never does) just take the day after pill

why cant you just stik wih oral? if not get a spermicde to to along with the condom and make sure he puts it before you do any thing pre *** does have sperm and can get you pregnant

why don't you just bye this http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_product_det...

its spermicide meaning it kills the sperm that enters you so you dont have to check a condom every few minutes

If you don't want your bf to go to jail, I hope you're 16.
