How to write a follow up / thank-you letter if you don't know 1 of the interviewer's last name?

I had a job interview today and was interviewed by two people. Person A gave me a business card, however person B did not. I went onto the company's website and tried to find out some information about him but was unable to do so. I thought it would be rude and somewhat inconsiderate to write a hard copy thank you note with only person A's name addressed on it.

I thought about writing an email instead just to person A (we've communicated before via email) and just do the thank-you note / followup that way.

What do you guys think about this situation?

Update:

I don't know the second person's name. I only have the name / business card of one of the people who interviewed me.

Thank you so much for taking the time to interview me on [day, date]. After meeting with you, my interest in the position is even stronger. The opportunity to speak to you in the near future is welcomed. Thanks again.
