What is it really like to be a RN?
I want to be a RN because 1. they help people and i like to do that 2. the salary is good. I'd like to ask RN's what it's really like. What are your typical hours, pay, promotions, daily duties like? What is the most challenging part of your job? What is the most rewarding? What should I expect that I would not learn in the class room? Thanks so much!

Paper work, paper work, paper work! Now it is tracking everything on the computer. Used to be the RN did all the paper work & the LPN was on the floor with the patient. Good luck to you & I am sure you will find a love in nursing!
