I slipped and hurt my arm 3 months ago?
....and it got better ater about a week of doing it but the last week or so its been hurting again in the same place it did when i did it. Does anyone know what it could be? Is it worth visiting a Dr?

there is really no way to tell, I would see a doctor because you will probably continue to aggravate the injury and it will be hurting off and on all the time
