can charges be reduced?

i pled guilty to a charge a few years ago, the charge was dismissed and the record was ''sealed'' however it came up in a check, is there a process through the court system that i can do in order to get that charge reduced?

    Ever thought about just not breaking the law.

    You should talk to the prosecuting attorney and see if he will help you. If not file a motion with the judge to really seal the case or allow you to withdraw you plea and enter a dismissal.
