Why does Cartoon Network Suck Now?

They didn't put a monkey in charge. They put a robot in charge. I wouldn't even say they were turning into Disney, At least Disney shows Naruto Shippuden. They call themselves Cartoon Network like MTV use to call their channel "Music Television" After a while, the music got set aside for TV shows like Jersey Shore and People going through teen pregnancy. Cartoon Network is going through that same transformation - They use to show cartoons now they show crap like Destroy build Destroy, The Mighty Boosh, The office, and other live action garbage. Now they are postponing new Bleach until August!!!! My dog could crap out better programming!!!!!

CN has been downhill since 2005. I miss old Cartoon Network from before 2005.

Cartoon Network used to good stuff like Tom and Jerry, Looney Tunes (original Looney Tunes shorts from 1940's and 1950's), Ed Edd 'N' Eddy, Pokemon (original Pokemon and Johto seasons of Pokemon), Courage The Cowardly Dog, Cow and Chicken, etc.

Cartoon Network's live action shows are garbage.

Honestly, TDI, TDA, 6teen are from a Canada only cartoon station called "Teletoon." (Nick and Disney channel have taken some of their shows, too.) Also, in 2007 the president of Cartoon Network resigned, so there was a different, less entertaining management. That's a summary. Hope it helped!

lol, I agree. It ironic how "Cartoon" Network shows reality shows. I miss the old Cartoon Network. I did hate Courage the Cowardly Dog though. That show scared me as a kid.

The problem is you said No x-men cartoons, No spider-man cartoons, No fantastic four cartoons, No iron-man cartoons, No Hulk catroons, No silversuffer cartoons, No marvel hour cartoons from the 60's. No G.i.Joe cartoons, No old school transformer cartoons, or no thundercat cartoons. No He-man cartoons, No simpson cartoons ( tho everyone is getting sick of them) and NO beavis and butthead cartoons thats why it huhuhuh sucks hehhehe said sucks

It's called Network Decay. Poor decisions made by myopic executives of the network who have NO IDEA what the viewers really want. And why the hell, if it is called CARTOON network, does it show a bunch of live-action crap now!?

I agree it sucks now. When cartoon network first showed up they had all the classics. Of coures most of what you've liseted in now on Boomerang

They decided to try a 'new direction' which abandons the core audience. I think they are losing money

because the persons running cartoon network are total jackass idiots that think there viewers are as stupid as they are!!!!!!
