University of Hawaii Manoa or University of California Davis?

Okay so I got accepted to both, but UH Manoa costs basically free, but UC Davis costs $30,000 (that's after the grants.) for board and tuition. I want to move away from Hawaii, but I don't know if it is worth 30k. What ya think? I've watched videos of UH Manoa on youtube, and the school looks like it's full of potheads, so IDK. help me?

Ok, if you want to move away from Hawaii, Davis is definitely not the place to go to. If it was New York, LA or something, then that might be a different story. Davis is a town in the middle of nowhere. It get's really hot and humid there too around summer time..

I'd say stay in Hawaii and go to UH Manoa. It costs less for you and place is much better.

Santa Cruz, Hawaii, and Monterey Bay will furnish you unique possibilities for Marine Biology. Davis has a exceptional veterinary application, which might help with organic worldwide Biology, and as UC in many circumstances supplies a greater difficult and rewarding academic application than a CSU.

    Uh Manoa Campus Tours

UH is not full of potheads. I go there, my friends go there, and I know plenty of students who don't smoke pot. (My friends and I included).

Instead of deciding where to go based on price, why not take campus tours of both schools to get a better feel for them?
