I need to talk to a vet now please?

My cat and doge were playing and I noticed my cats pupils were different sizes. I tried turning the lights off and on to see if they would readjust normaly but other than that I couldnt think of anything else to try. What should I do? There arent any vet clinics open right now.

Call your normal vet, and they should have a phone number on their answering service for your closest emergency clinic. I don't think this is an emergency, but they will be able to advise you more. You won't find many actual vets on YA, I know of only one and she is far too busy to be answering too many questions. Be very wary of anyone claiming to be a vet, I could tell you that I'm an astronaut, would you believe me?

I am not a Vet! But, found this info here >

The most common cause is glaucoma (build up of fluid in the eye) and will normally be accompanied by redness, teariness and/or cloudiness of the eye. You need to take your cat to the vet to have a thorough eye exam and to test the pressure in the eye. Your cats vision is at risk if you do not treat this condition as soon as possible.

Call the vet first thing in the morning! Your cat needs to be seen by a Vet!

Also, do you have a University near by that has a small animal clinic? U of I is 1 1/2 hr south of me here in Illinois. Google Veterinary Schools, see if one is near you!

There has got to be an Emergency Vet clinic somewhere within 50 miles of where you live. Your cat needs to go in ASAP it may have a concussion. Google "Emergency Veterinary" and followed by the city you live in.
